(Please provide any insight to your pet's behavior and/or temperament that might be useful to ensure a calm and smooth appointment. Some helpful intel might include a general description of your pet's demeanor: for example, has s/he ever shown signs of aggression toward other another animal or human? Is your pet pregnant or nursing? How has s/he handled previous bath/blow-dry services? Does s/he respond well to basic commands & handling cues? Has s/he had any calming supplements today?, etc.)

Your contact information will only be used for communication directly related to your booking (confirmations, updates, or sending photos if requested). It will never be shared or used for marketing purposes.

If booking a seasonal membership, please indicate your preference for the first service. No appointment is considered confirmed until you receive confirmation from me and I receive your 50% retainer deposit. For your pet's comfort, I don't perform outdoor bathing in cold or severe weather. Please consult the temp chart. In the event of poor weather, your appointment may be moved to an alternate location at no extra cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

1. Your pet is healthy and current on rabies/vaccinations.

2. A 50% Venmo deposit is required to book (refundable w/ 24 hours' notice).

3. Bathing sites may be moved (at no additional cost) during inclement weather and service may pause if safety is in jeopardy.

4. All reasonable care is taken, but mild stress or injury may occasionally occur.

5. Emergency vet care may be authorized at your expense.

6. Photos & videos from services may be used for business purposes.

An approximation is just fine! We believe in birthday months or even birthday years at Scrub Club and I'm game to celebrate your pup any day of the year! ;)
